Collector packaging matters, so please inspect before opening.
Before opening
Check the product, character, and visible condition before removing seals or packaging. Opened collector items may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Damage or incorrect items
Use the support details in your order receipt as soon as possible and include the order reference plus clear photos of the shipping carton and product.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment processing time after approval depends on the card issuer or payment provider.
Final-sale items
Items identified as final sale, personalized goods, and opened blind or collectible packaging are not returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
